The hotel was in a perfect position next to excellent restaurants, very close to the Hyde Park, and close to tube station. All the staff was very amiable, settled my issues. Very good service, magnificent views of a garden from my family room.

The hotel is well priced, nestled in a nice building with newly remodelled rooms. The atmosphere is family, really friendly staff upon check-out. They serve plenty of meals, the food I tried was good!

Fully equiped kitchen was really useful, friendly personel, close to 2 tube stations, clean room with nice bathroom. Totally recomended if you want to save money cooking your own breakfast or lunch.

Clean room - great to have a fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed. Great shower and soooooooo quiet. My room was at the back and I could have the window open all night with no noise - fantastic for central London. Priced as usual for London especially for a single, but very competative.

Room sizes far too restrictive!!! Lack of adequate hot water supply leads to frustration!!! Single-pane windows really do not help with external noise!!! Maintenance issues need urgent attention!!! Too cramped for two suitcases!!!

Great location and good facilities in room- a whole kitchen and there is a room to leave bags before checkin. I would recommend for a few nites stay!

Good location and I liked the quiet and serene environment
No telephone in the bedroom, you either have to use your cellphone to call the reception or go there physically. Also no one to help with your bags.

From the helpful reception staff to the impeccably clean room and newly refurbished bathroom, this was an excellent experience.
The kitchenette is very sparsely equipped - there is no can opener, even at reception!
