Room sizes far too restrictive!!! Lack of adequate hot water supply leads to frustration!!! Single-pane windows really do not help with external noise!!! Maintenance issues need urgent attention!!! Too cramped for two suitcases!!!

The Family Studio was cozy with a mini kitchenette, which was super handy for quick meals. We had a smallest sink and fridge that made it easier with a baby. The bed was comfy enough, but not mind-blowing. The room was clean, but definitely on the smaller side. Nice touches like daily cleaning and lots of towels, which was a bonus. Location was solid—close to Hyde Park and plenty of restaurants. Just a nice spot to crash while exploring London!

I had a fab time exploring the local eats—grilled Teppanyaki fish at Royal China was a game changer! Plus, the mini kitchenette in my room was a lifesaver. I could whip up a meal after a long day of trekking around the city, and the location made it easy to find nearby gems like Mamma Mia Ristorante.

The bed was on the harder side, needing mattress toppers to soften things up a bit. To top it off, the kitchen mixer was a bit wobbly, making cooking a challenge. Still, the charm of the stay easily shone through!

I had a lovely stay for 3 nights in a cozy Double Studio with a nice shower that felt like a spa! The rooftop terrace and comfy lounge made for great relaxation spots after a long day. The layout was a bit tight for my luggage, but it didn’t take away from my experience at all. just pack light! 😊

I had a delightful 4-night stay here. the studio was cozy with a kitchenette that allowed me to prepare my own meals, and I loved the easy 10-minute stroll to Kensington Gardens for some refreshing park views and relaxing time by the lake.
